Cormorant

We've not been to Gosforth Nature reserve for ages so this afternoon we popped along for a while.

This cormorant was enjoying drying its wings in the sunshine. I liked its expression! It looks best large.

We also spotted the little fellow in the extra - Google lens thinks it's probably  Little Grebe but I'm happy to be corrected.
