The hydrangeas are blooming. This one is about 6 feet wide when it is blooming.
Curiosity got the better of me, lol. About 3 weeks ago I saw a place advertised for rent and I recognized it as being next door to one of my clients who is also a friend of mine. I answered the ad, and even though they said it was available for Aug 1, I knew that it was in no condition to be rented. I was finally able to look at it today. They advertised it as 5 bedrooms, 3 on the main floor and 2 in the basement. One of the ones on the main floor is not considered a bedroom as there is no closet. One room in the basement is not allowed to be a bedroom as there is no window. At the rate they have been doing the painting and renovations, it might be ready for December. I wouldn't want the owner as a landlord, plus if he breaks up with his gf, he would want his house back and I would be without a place to live. The owner's friends have broken down vehicles parked in the driveway, plus one of them has a boat parked on the back lawn. This guy really needs to clean the place up if he expects to get what he is asking for rent.
I just talked to the gf and looked at the place so I could report back to my friend who lives next door. Of course I never let the gf know what I was doing.
