I wish I had been 5 minutes earlier to get some photos of the container ship coming under the bridge. One of my clients has a good view of the harbour and just as I came around the corner onto her street, there was the container ship. If I could have reached my camera I would have stopped in the middle of the street, lol, to get a photo of it under the bridge. But I had to park and get out of the truck to get my camera. I did get this photo of the Halifax-Dartmouth ferry that shows the size difference between the 2 ships.
We had rain in the forecast for Friday, Sat and Sunday. Then it changed to no rain. So I had to get a job scheduled for Friday. One job I had quoted on in early May, I told the client it would be early August when we could get there. Most of it is spreading soil and laying sod. I only took the job because it is beside the ocean. I decided we will start working on that one, even though I will be short staffed. T's dog had to have major surgery today, and she will be off the rest of the week to nurse him back to health. O is without transportation right now. It is M's day off, but she has been working some Friday's. She gets a new dog on Thursday evening, so wants to spend the day getting him settled into his new home.
