Up properly about 5.30 a.m.
We took the dogs down to Strichen for a walk

A routine blood test thing in the morning - at least I hope it’s routine!

Read some of the latest Private Eye outside.
( I’ve always found it difficult reading outside on a fine day because of the glare from the paper. However as I need reading glasses, I wondered if you could get tinted reading glasses, and of course you can. About £8 from A….n and they work a treat)
