After the sun

After the sun and the Public Holiday yesterday Menaggio was much quieter today, back to a normal late spring working day. We had a walk around the town, finding a few places we had not seen before. I was taking a look at shops to see what I may have to buy for the apartment beyond the obvious essentials such as the television and BBQ.

Late morning we went out to the apartment, and it was more than likely I would have had a photograph of the apartment, or of the view, but there is plenty of time for that. The pool was in use, by four ducks. After a paddle around in the pool they sat on the grass next to the pool and had a snooze, well it was the time of the afternoon for a siesta. Made a quick visit to the local garden centre and to the supermarket.

The photograph is taken back in Menaggio, where we had a last plate of pasta before returning to Aberdeen tomorrow.
