Sunny Flower

A very speedy blip this evening. I popped my Velvet 28 on the camera, switched on a light and snapped a few shots. I admit to not a lot of thought or planning has gone into this.

John and Pepper arrived back from Thoresby late afternoon and unloaded everything; they had had a good weekend.  Edward arrived later on for a meal with us and we were able to eat outside as it wasn't too hot! How many times can we actually say that?

I had no blip so, as the sunflowers are still OK, they have become the blip.  I don't think they will last well - their growing conditions were not the best - very dry - and they haven't fared as well as they might with less heat and more rain.
