Suds singular

During lockdown I was a bit obsessed about these sustainable urban drainage systems, never having come across them in rural Argyll.
This one at the QEUH looked fairly empty to me, it deals with all the water waste, except sewerage, from the massive hospital. 
It was controversial because many folk though the space should be allocated to car parking.
