Meadowsweet ( Filipendula ulmaria )
For once a Saturday when I didn't do a shot walking to the bins! The guests had emptied the bins in the Lodge and then emptied the outside bin so nothing for me to take.
The Meadowsweet in our area are almost over so I thought I had better blip one while I could. Meadowsweet was, back in the 14th century and was an addition in some drinks and was known as "Meadwort". The species name ulmaria is because the leaves have a resemblance to elm (ULmus)
