Oops! Forgot the marmalade.

A photo of our birthday breakfast minus the marmalade which I left at home (no one has mentioned it!!)

59 years ago I made an entrance into this beautiful world and today we are enjoying a perfect summers day. Good food is a big part of my life.

After breakfast we went for a walk in Tolpuddle Wood, next to Hardy's birth place, a lovely dappled shady place. Not a long walk, it's been hot for the dogs.

Lunch was at the Wise Man Arms in West Stratford, a place I'd chosen completely randomly but what a fantastic choice, I'd highly recommend it!

Afterwards back to the Walled Garden in Moreton to buy an unusual shrub then back to the cabin for a relaxed evening.
