Sure Sign of Spring

When you see a robin in your backyard, it is a sure sign of spring, or so I've come to believe. This is an American Robin, the first one I've noticed this spring. The American Robin is widely distributed throughout North America, wintering south of Canada from Florida to central Mexico and along the Pacific Coast. And, now they are back to enjoy the mild weather in Canada.
