More like I can jog. Anyway I had decided to do my first Park Run tomorrow morning and told various people so I wouldn’t back out.
Events moved unexpectedly so I’m not sure now. Some difficult decisions in the days ahead.
More positively Alexander and I had a good visit with R whose birthday it is today which made subsequent events surprising.
Also positive I completed my Camino article which has convinced me that I need to do it again and continue chasing the numinous.
