Former Pilot boat re-cycled into a raised bed in North Kessock. The flower heads are all facing away from the (once again) very strong wind.

A couple of ladies saw me footering about trying to get a decent angle on this boat, and came out their house for a blether. "It's 50p a shot!" they said, with a giggle. And then told me that it really was used as the Pilot boat, many years ago. I should have asked them if I could take their pictures, but I just don't have the nerve to do that. Far too shy at times. Despite my age...

Had to walk my bicycle across the Kessock bridge again tonight. Gusting side winds weren't as bad as yesterday, but still were hazardous.
