Freebies!

Archie and I took a wander round the neighbourhood, and had a wee look in this box of freebies, but there was nothing we fancied. We called in to the hardware shop, where Archie always gets a treat, and I bought a new yard brush - an early birthday present for JR. She was delighted.

In the afternoon JR and Archie walked into town to pick up something, while I read my book/snoozed/watched the Games. The Mountain Biking looked great fun. An epic squash gold medal match this evening, with the Kiwi just beating the Welsh chap. Athletics on now. 

JR is not interested in watching sport of any kind, but we eventually got her iPad hooked up to watch her choice - ‘Location Location Location’. Tomorrow evening, to be fair, I shall watch sport on my iPad and hand over the tv remote…
