Quite a full on day today with the family.  My nephew and great nephew walked from their holiday home to Bowness on Solway, a journey of around 10 miles.  I spent the day with the two girls and their mum.  Lots of fun was had in Bitts Park Carlisle which is where I spotted the Yucca plant.  On the way home we spotted the two boys along the coast road so stopped for a quick chat with them. At home the horses in the paddock came to the fence to say hello much to the delight of the girls and my neighbour's dog also came over to say hello and got lots of cuddles.  I had to take them all home in two journeys as my car not big enough for them all.  Well done to the boys though especially S as he's 10.
