Met up with the family again. My nephew is interested in Hadrian’s Wall so we parked at Greenhead and did a walk to Thirlwall Castle which I visited a few years ago.  Wish I had as much energy as the children. I really enjoyed carrying the camera around without a memory card!  We had some lunch in a park by a stream much to the delight of the girls. I left to go home whilst they ventured further into Hadrian’s Wall territory which is very prominent around there.
