Four Ospreys…

in the trees and an empty nest. I presume the other two youngsters were somewhere around. Top level is the male, who had just flown in. The female is below him in her customary place, where she can keep an eye on the young. Two young are in the foliage beneath her. There will be lots of training between now and the end of the month, when they will all have left for Senegal. It’s gone so quickly! The adults only arrived on the 5th April.
