New shoot!

Every so often I have to pollard the Dracaena as it sends up a solitary cane that heads for the ceiling. I'm always impressed to see a new green shoot emerge from the gnarled lump. (Must remember to saw it off below the lump next time - it's getting a bit unsightly!)
