Rainbows on roses, and whiskers on kittens........

Another fun morning at the gym, and I didn't have to walk home, as it was too wet for J to go out on his  motorbike. Ann ( who is a volunteer at the Commonwealth  Games) told us all the goss at the opening ceremony. She is going back tomorrow for the rest of the games. Our usual Sunday trainer, called Ffion, introduced us to a new young lady, who was starting today. She told her that we  gather around talking like a group of pigeons (we do) but I said, we also do put some work in, and she agreed that we do:-). By the time J picked me up , it had started to clear, so as soon a I got in, I put the washing out, and it has dried nicely.
