How does your garden grow?

J went up to visit his friend earlier in the week, and he was just about to throw this lawnmower in a skip. J was horrified, and asked he could have it. It was too big to fit in our car, so his friend delivered it for him. He sharpened the blade, repaired both front wheels, and generally gave it a good overhaul. He has just used it to cut both our lawns and is feeling pretty pleased with himself, rightly so. I changed our bedclothes and did a few jobs around the house. Doing something makes me feel better, so although I am still tired,  I am making good progress. Had a text from Des earlier, who is off on a caravan holiday with his wife, to Mumbles.
