Back street

Why does everything break down at once? We needed a new electric kettle (the lid wouldn’t stay shut), a new steam iron (doesn’t steam any more) and we have an antique carriage clock with a number of problems.We located a clock repairer in Dorking, so a visit to the town was called for. There is a three month waiting list for clock repairs, and they will contact us when it is our turn. We had better luck with the kettle and the iron, although with so many on show it was difficult to choose.
A bonus was that I was pleased to get out and find some blip opportunities in town. There are lots of old pretty side streets in Dorking and I managed to blip a couple as we passed, there is one in extra too.
