Unnerving!

Did my exercises today, as well as yesterday. Denise came to take Archie out, and I popped to the doctor to discuss my random light-headedness. They had a wee examination they wanted to try out on me, to check on their theory - to do with inbalance in the inner ear. My head was twisted this way and that as I hung backwards off the bench (the doctor was supporting my head). Quite unnerving, but there was no dizziness, so that theory (BPPV) was dismissed. We’ll leave it now, see if it gets worse, they’ll refer me to the Ear, Nose and Throat experts. It doesn’t really bother me that much - I make sure I hang on to things - but certainly explains why I was destined to fail on a bike!

JR had a double session, and tried a new class - Body Balance, which was a bit like Tai-chi, she thought.

Denise came in for a cuppa when she brought Archie back - she’s usually in such a rush somewhere.

JR took Archie for a walk, then popped into town for something or other. I read my book. 

The Commonwealth Games starts tonight!
