47th Anniversary

Today is our 47th wedding anniversary, I was a child bride! We headed out to Linlithgow and had a wander around the loch. We bought some sandwiches and sat on a bench to eat them. Lots of gulls and water birds around including mrs swan and her six very large and healthy looking cygnets.
The blip is of one of the bins by the loch, when you press the pedal or push the top and put something in it says "thank you for using me"!
This evening we decided to try out a new restaurant in Leith, a small Italian trattoria in Sandport Street. It came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Nice to get really good, freshly made, Italian food. My starter of salad with feta , beetroot, apples and walnuts is my extra. It was delicious.
