Houttuynia Cordata Flame

A friend gave me this last year, in the form of a couple of cuttings.  I wrote the name on a plant label as I knew I’d never remember it. I think it’s at its best now, as it’s grown into a nice shape. 
Today I set up a WhatsApp group! It’s a subgroup of our street group, set up at the start of covid.  I asked if anyone would like to be in a ‘helping each other cat feeding group’.  I had 8 people join straight away.  Being cat-owners, the group page was instantly filled with photos of all the lovely cats.  And I have someone to feed my cat when I go away soon - and I will feed another neighbour’s cat in August. Usually the little boys who live 2 doors away feed P, and they really enjoy it.  But they’re going on holiday at the same time.  I’m so pleased that it seems to have worked out. One of those occasions when social media is a good thing:)
