Birthday Cupcakes

James had his big birthday cake last weekend and I'm afraid I wasn't going to make another one! But my little boy does love cakes and as it's his birthday tomorrow, I had to do something.

So I have made him red velvet cupcakes. He loved the idea of eating 'red' cake! Never made them before and have to say they are gorgeous! Well Mark and I had to try one this evening... just to make sure they were good enough for James you understand!
