Swimming

The warm weather is back and so are the early morning trainings. We started at 6 AM to make sure we had had good training before it got too hot. 

We went to the lake after work - the boys loved it. The Pugs were less impressed (see extra).

Jonas Vingegaard won Le Tour De France yesterday and have been celebrated all day today. Even the Great Belt Bridge celebrated his win by lighting up in red and white colours (the Danish colours). You can see a video here. 
It has been quite an amazing tour see from a Danish perspective. The first 3 stages were located in Denmark and then Jonas Vingegaard ends up winning it all.
