Drying out

This Hadeda Ibis sat on the lawn, wings outstretched and completely ignoring both Coda and me.  We've had rain at intervals throughout the day, and it is icy cold. It was not easy getting up at 6am to get ready for church this morning. 
A quiet Sunday, with sister M visiting as usual...I will admit to an afternoon nap which was good!!
