Working on the land

Drove to Perth earlier along the Roman Gask Ridge overlooking the Earn Valley. In the days of the Romans in 1st century, they built signal look out towers along this route, of course the view wouldn't have been the same then!!!

I love this view of Perthshire looking east towards Forteviot & Forgandenny, also love the colour of the earth, this ruddy colour from the old red sand stone base

Had a coffee & blether with my cousin & wee boy, it was a lovely day of sun & clouds & cool wind,
on returning home I was just in the door when hailstones & thunder clapped overhead!! Aha April Showers!!
