Shale bing!

Met a friend for coffee this morning had a good blether & a mooch about the shops!! On driving home decided to take a route along the back roads, this is one of the red shale bings left over from the 18th century oil industry. noticeable when driving along M9 & M8 This one is beside Niddry Castle & golf club, near Winchburgh
It's been a lovely day, warm in the sunshine!
