Porridge

One of the worst IBS days I have had for a while. I'm hoping it's maybe too much sugar in fruit juice / water, food & resulting from the heat.

Took to bed in the afternoon to try & ease feeling but still feel bloaty, nausea & abdo discomfort. Makes feel tearful as well.

Tested for Covid just incase & clear.

Managed breakfast okay, a small roll for lunch & this is me trying to get some porridge in for my tea, if I feel a bit better later I might try a yoghurt.

An evening walk normally can help with slight bloating but today just feel exhausted!

Edit: added a pic of a red soldier beetle on a flowering carrot in the garden & cheered me up.
