Silver Birch

Went to shops & back. Felt exhausting!

Fell asleep in afternoon - catching up after last few nights heat.

Watched the footie on TV then went to do the bins at half-time, spent a bit longer in the garden as it was cooler, got bins out then got back to some scoring happened. It went to extra time.

Hopefully another good sleep tonight & feel more refreshed to do something tomorrow.
