Toonship of Brune

A cloudy start to the day, but cleared into a sunny afternoon, then clouded over this evening.  A fine gentle breeze. 

Up early, and headed into Lerwick after breakfast.  A morning walk, and then off to work in the airport.  A busy morning on the check-in desk.  Our check-in system got knocked out after the lightning, so a slow manual check-in this morning.  Thankfully it came back online for the later flights.  Delays on Aberdeen again, another late finish.  Walkies with Sammy, then feet up.

A fine morning walk, although a tad slippery under foot with my work shoes on. I headed down the steep slopes of the hill, and a good view looking across to the old township.  If this houses didn't loose the sun so quickly in the day, I'd happily stay here, as the house behind the tree is up for sale just now.  Looking to Brune, Shandrick (Channerwick).
