Wednesday

Pottered about this morning, putting my adrenalin to good use, tidying, cleaning etc. 
IHTT visit ; the clinical director this time and he was good. Understood everything I was saying and we talked about a lot including meds. 

Later I went to the supermarket then treated myself to a tea and cake at The Haven. The things I took for granted I could do are now a luxury. I past The Sculpture Workshop and this was hanging outside, I rather like it and am intrigued as to what it is and what for.
