Mia's Birthday.

And just like that she's five!

She loved all her presents.

Went to dancing with a big smile.  Told them it was her birthday, got a hug from her favourite teacher.  They sang Happy Birthday to her and she got a special balloon.

We came home and she helped me make the filling for her cake.  And then the icing to go on top.

She's played with all her toys, and the day went really fast.

When Isabella came home from school, we just managed to blow the candles out on the cake  before Daddy came to collect them.

They each took home two slices of cake, to share with their Mum and Dad.

She's looking forward to Kindy tomorrow, when she's taking in cupcakes to share with the children and teachers.

Oh, and she asked me not to pick her up too early, so she can enjoy her special day!

(in the extras, there are 5 candles on the cake, one of them was hidden.  I was taking pictures to the side as Grandpa was taking the main photos!)
