Here comes the sun

A very pleasant commute to work this morning before the heat of the day had arrived. An extra break at midday for a Covid depleted workforce was well received, our MD had bought a selection of ice creams and ice lollies to keep us cool.
The ride home was somewhat warmer but having raced in similar conditions on the continent, wasn’t as sensational as the media would have me believe.
