Cousins

Slept reasonably well last night after our big day. All went smoothly and to plan, which was wonderful. Josie slept here last night without jet parents, Grandma was in charge, aargh! . She slept right through from around 7.30pm till 6.47 am which was pretty good. Sadly, I had significantly less than that! We were out for an hours walk by 7.45, yawn. There is clearly a reason that people my age don't have babies!
Ali and Stuart came round while Josie was having her mid morning nap, along with various other members of the extended Mair family. We had a lovely time having pizza in the garden in the afternoon. My blip shows Isobel coming to terms with the fact that her little cousin is rather more active and less malleable than a doll!
My great niece was up very early this morning for a 6am flight and is now on holiday for a week in Sorrento. Her mum set out to drive back to London. I went to Lidl.... such is the variety and excitement of life. Thank you all so very much for all the hearts, stars and good wishes for our special day yesterday.
