A chime of Wrens

Backblip - I have been catching a glimpse of the wrens for the last few days, hearing them first with their chirping song. These two were flitting about the pots and then both landed on the same twig.Taken through the sand and sap covered window though ;)
Watched Cannon Hall Farm Live from the Great Yorkshire Show where they were showing Ted the Highland Bull and Hettie Highland cow in calf both did well with Ted coming second and Hettie third. It was lovely to see Farmer Roger taking them round , no stopping him even though he’s nearly 80 :)
The first Ballot for the new Tory leadership was held with two candidates who did not get over 30 votes. A lovely, colourful sunset to end the day.
