Tiger Lillies.

Travelled south of the Thames to stay with a friend in Kent nr. Ashford.  It seems strange to plan a small trip around trying not to be in extreme hot conditions but it was a consideration.  Forecasters seem to have shifted the amber or red warning to beginning of next week.  My friend has a small south-facing garden which in estate agent terms is a "good thing".  The reality is that it gets really, really hot and the grass and plants burn in these conditions with no shade.  The one tree from a neighbour's garden which provided shade some of the time was cut down the day before!  Her garden on a corner plot is slighter larger than the surrounding ones and is a riot of colour so not too difficult to find a Blip for this day.  Chose something muted though -  backblipped due to poor signal.
