HMS Unicorn

Built in 1824, the oldest ship in Scotland and one of the 6th oldest in the world, was a 46-gun frigate. She has been in the docks in Dundee for many years being restored (and visited) but, as you can see, the work continues, I understand financing it has been a problem.
I don't often go to this bit of town but was at a "thank you" event for those who volunteer with the Health Walks, just a few of us and time for tea/coffee, cake and a chat. They also gave us some flowers.
It rained in the night and the strt of the day was damp, I'm sure the garden appreciated it though it's too soon to tell. I sat out with my sewing for a while in the afternoon and went for some exercise - a short run was the quickest way.
