Flowery

Cycled to the Health Walk again and we walked past this colourful area of flowers - though not all native ones.
After lunch watched some scary descending in the Tour de France before going to tidy up a corner at the bottom of the garden (and throw out some accumulated rubbish), and then coming in again to watch the end of the stage - amazing cycling and scenery (and road engineering).
This evening I went to running club training, I hadn't been for ages for various reasons.
