Smailholm Tower and fruit picking

Thechimp, Mary and I went Borders Berries (pick your own) which is near Kelso this morning.  We came away with strawberries and raspberries.  Mary has since made strawberry jam using some of the berries we picked. Mary is in extras.

Afterwards we visited Smailholm Tower.  Fortunately it was open for visitors today so we were able to go inside as well as looking at the outside
