Relaxing In Relaxers

If anything today was even hotter than yesterday. We still managed an early morning run but the temperature was already climbing above 20c before 8 am.
It was another quiet day activity wise but after the food shop we headed to our new favourite Sunday pub - The Horseshoes, near East Farleigh.
It's an old coaching inn that sits high above the Medway Valley and has a lovely garden. We usually time it to get there just after it's opened and virtually have the whole place to ourselves to enjoy a lovely peaceful pint.
Today's image is of my brother with his feet up wearing his "relaxers". They're official name is apparently loungewear bottoms (which I find quite comical). They are made of cotton and so much cooler to wear in what the weather forecasters have now officially confirmed is a heatwave.
