Celebrating 10 years

Today the Canal and River Trust celebrated being 10 years since its launch as a charity. Pontcysylle Aqueduct was among many chosen to be a celebration venue and we spent a couple of hours setting up several gazebos to combat the raging sun, games, food and soft drinks. So of course the day dawned with thick overcast clouds and rain as we started erecting the gazebos. And yes, they kept off the showers. Despite the weather we had lots of catching up to do with friends from other sites. We also received a gift from the trust. (See extras)
