Yet another scorcher!

At least I worked from home today so no need for any hot commute.

I had a nice colourful and refreshing salad for lunch and tried to keep cool. My Welsh blood is just not made to cope with these temperatures.

Somehow Leo managed to face 2 sessions at the gym - mad boy!
