Best bit of the day (Day 2620)

After HV zoomed off to catch the ferry for a day of overseas hoss stuff, I got Sigyn out a wander, then headed to the horses.
I got the poo pick done, then set about replacing a load of electric fencing. It took a fair while to get the new line in, and once that was done I tightened up the remaining bit of the old line. A bit of a blether with A at the steading took me up to lunchtime. I zoomed home and got Sigyn out again, then had a bit of lunch.
Next, another trip to Stromness and a quick spin out on George. He was on fine (read mischievous) form today and we both enjoyed ourselves. We even had a couple of celebratory wheelies. After settling George back at the field, I popped in to Mum and Dad for a bit of a catch-up and to get their grass cut.
A late afternoon visit to give R a quote for some work finished up the afternoon.
It has been a 15 mile day...
