Shades of Blue

These three dinghies are moored in Hooe Lake, a tidal inlet of the River Plym. The title seemed to suggest itself, but then brought me back (down) to thinking about current political upheavels in Government. Now the idea is stuck in my head, I find it harder to enjoy the image!
