Pond hollyhocks

I had a busy morning on the plot - strimming, harvesting, pulling out weeds and bolting plants. This week's busier than normal with adapting to my new job as a professional gardener and looking after 2 polytunnels and a greenhouse for friends who are away. 

I nearly missed some of the flowers that have put on a mad show, including the pond hollyhocks that are reaching for the sky!
