Empty Out My Cranium

Work was stressful today. More tech issues which resulted in me carting myself downstairs after about 30 annoying minutes of trying to work in my actual office. Then we launched a prize draw at work that just derailed my day completely. Frustratingly unproductive, really. Thankfully my evening vastly improved when Rich and I popped off to Digbeth for a Slothrust gig. I tried out The Old Crown for the first time (lovely pub!) before we went to Dead Wax for the gig. Holy mother of pearl, they were brilliant. The venue was really small and intimate too, and I managed to find a spot in the crowd directly under an air conditioner, so I was one happy Stace, haha! Excellent stuff.
