Per Kilo

One of our 'per kilo' restaurants in Copacabana which are making our 2 Day Diet regime easy to follow...the cold stuff is at this end, the hot stuff at the far end, and at the very end of the room there is a sushi bar and meat grill. The price here is about EUR 20 per kilo. Some places are about EUR 15 pk.

Fairly busy on the coaching front having done a session with a client in Cairo on Monday, Germany yesterday, Chile today, and with India to come on Sunday, and Shanghai on Monday. Thank goodness for Skype!
