Jumping for joy...

...after a day stuck at home whilst Mom was in meetings. We managed to get an hour out late afternoon/early evening. They caught a few shrimps! 
A day that had a strange edge to it as I received a message about a sexual assault at 8am, so the day was spent messaging the friend who found the girl on places she could go for help etc...but she seemed to have everything covered. Although it wasn't anything to do with me, it gave everything a heavy feel. 
Tonight was the prayer meeting with folks from SCBC, good to hear people's catch ups and to pray with them for as long as my dodgy internet would allow. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The morning meeting with various folks from around Europe. Encouraging to hear what's going on with people.
2) Bumping into Helen as I popped to the shop to get food for a lunch meeting with Stephen. 
3) Having such a gorgeous place to pop out to for a change of scenery!


I've just seen it's my 10 year blip!!! Argh, wish I'd planned!! Maybe Nate is jumping for joy for this milestone?!
