Bubbles

Bailee was absolutely captivated (And perhaps a little obsessed), with blowing her own bubbles today. One of their little friends' mum lent them to her and she ended up bringing them home. Funny thing, she insisted on the bubble 'water' being up to the top of the bottle the whole time. She got very upset that the more she blew, the emptier the pot got. Bailee ended up getting extremely frustrated and wouldn't accept that the bubble blowing had to finish at some point before she went to sleep. Children can be hard to work out. Daddy, in the end came to the rescue and cheered her up reading her Dora book with her. Bailee is loving reading her new Dora books. They have little pictures to replace some words and she just loves being able to actually 'read'!

This morning was a write-off. One of those mornings. Thank goodness for fresh air and our lovely park :-)

I began to pack for Maple and my trip to Kuwait tomorrow. It will be my first night away from both Oscar and Bailee :-( I am sure Stuart will enjoy the special time with them. They understand and are quite envious that we are going to visit Uncle Rock and Aunty Becky (aka Mecky).

Oscar got three stickers at school today for doing good dancing and singing :-)
